Handyman License Requirements in Fall River, MA

In Massachusetts, handymen and small contractors operating in Fall River must navigate a two-tier licensing system: Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration for projects $1,000 or more, and a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) for structural work.
