These terms apply to your use of bulletproofhandyman.com and to text messages you receive from us. The site and messages are run by Bulletproof Handyman LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Bulletproof Handyman," "we," "us"). By using the site or agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site, and don't use it to send spam or harass anyone.
• If you create an account, keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Content you post (for example, community posts, photos, and comments) stays yours. You give us permission to display it on the site as you choose to share it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
• The site's own text, videos, tools, logos, and design belong to Bulletproof Handyman. Don't copy or resell them without our permission.

2. Information on the site

Guides, calculators, estimates, license research, and AI-generated results on the site are general information to help you, not professional, legal, tax, or licensing advice. Prices, rules, and license requirements change and vary by location. Check with the right authority or professional before you rely on them. The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

3. Other sites and partners

The site links to other websites and partners, some through affiliate links. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bulletproof Handyman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our messages. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific item at issue, or $100 if you paid nothing. Work we perform for customers is covered by the written estimate, invoice, or agreement for that job, not by these terms.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Bulletproof Handyman.

• Who sends them: Bulletproof Handyman. Many of our texts are sent by Nova, the AI assistant for Bulletproof Handyman, from (520) 492-8900 and from our business phone lines.
• Who receives them: only people who have agreed to get texts from us: family, crew members, vendors, and existing customers of Bulletproof Handyman.
• What we send: scheduling, job updates, appointment reminders, quotes and invoices, and replies to your messages.
• How you join: by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from us, or by texting us first. Texts from website forms (account notices, verification codes, and updates you opt in to) are covered by the SMS / Text Message Terms in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you rejoin. For help, reply HELP, email duke@bulletproofhandyman.com, or call (520) 433-3774.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your privacy: we never sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site or receive our texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
