Bulletproof Handyman

Founders & Fathers Technical College

Location: Tucson

Founders & Fathers Technical College is an early-stage concept for a crash-course training program designed to take a man from aspiring handyman business owner to legitimate business owner in a matter of days.

The goal is simple: you do not just come here to learn how to fix things. You come here to build a business.

Students will learn the core maintenance and repair skills needed to confidently handle common handyman jobs, but the training will go far beyond tools and technique. They will also learn the business side: pricing, estimating, customer service, licensing basics, insurance, job documentation, invoicing, sales, client outreach, and how to operate like a professional from day one.

Before completing the program, students will actually form their business, set up the basic systems, and begin real client outreach. The goal is for each student to return home with practical maintenance skills, real business knowledge, an official business, and a handful of potential clients ready to pay them to work.

Show up as an aspiring business owner. Graduate as a legit business owner.

This is still an initial concept being developed and will rely heavily on brand sponsorship and community support. The first version will likely start small, with a few serious guys coming to the Handyman Headquarters for a few days at a time for hands-on training, business setup, and direct mentorship. If the model works and the community gets behind it, the vision is to grow Founders & Fathers Technical College into something bigger, stronger, and more impactful over time.
